So first issue is will we allow people to subscribe for board updates or not?

And will we let them subscribe at the BIS and at the forum? Or just 1 of those?

And for what reasons could a user get an e-mail from the BIS?

I do not think we should worry about subscriptions yet. Let's wait till there is something to subscribe to.
