Permission System

A permission system needs the following tables to work:

• Group Table - Required to have specific groups (contains stuff like group id, name and colour)
• Group Members Table - Required so we can see what members are in what group.
• Group Permissions Table - Required so we can see what permission fields what groups have. So each column should be a permission, and each row should be a group. This should have 2 values. yes and never. (1, 2). No would be just a not existing row.
• User Permissions Table - This is the complex part (kinda). It should contain permission name and user ID. If the row exists the user has permissions, if it doesn't, the user doesn't. This user_id will be bound to the user_id in the session table. If the session expires the permissions get deleted and when a session starts they have to be recalculated.

I think it'd be better to store the BIS Permissions in the file system for faster loading.
