To be able to properly style the BIS present into /directory to have the look of our board in some aspect.

Not 100% match of course. The BIS can be unique in its own way by just having the header and footer the same as the board.

Okay will do, but first I want to work in the main script, Mii said to add a side bar on the left, with category's ect, and then we can have on the main page, featured or top boards ect.

The BIS is not a forum. We should try and not make it look like one, yet still integrate with the website.

Indeed. So shall we allow people to comment on boards inside the BIS or just on the viewtopic on the forum?

Hard one. If we allow to comment in the topic people will get more engaged on the forums, but the bis will look very static. If we allow them to comment in the bis the forums will be left out.

So what about if we make it make a thread as well?

There are a couple of things we can do to make the directory less static but these should be discussed in a new issue.

So if they make a comment it makes a reply at the forum, but if they reply to the forum it makes a comment.

No. Then there would be no reason to view both pages.
