Addition of function to calculate True Wind Direction #1

Looking to see if there is interest in pulling in some additional heading data and than providing a true wind direction and true wind speed function. I can see it useful doing these calculations in SignalK and make it easily accessible for other instruments.

Sure, I'll take a look at that and aim to put it into the next release of the plugin.
