Switch to better maintained serverless plugin #120

Problem

Currently used plugin (serverless-rust) is left unmaintained

Solution

Test using https://github.com/fdaciuk/sls-rust instead

Alternatives

Additional context or elements

So far, I do not manage to make https://github.com/fdaciuk/sls-rust work properly with this codebase (I suspect the use of Rust workspaces or project structure is in cause). Need more testing.
