Precise the metrics we would like to see in the dashboard

Problem

We build a demo dashboard to display metrics of cloud scanner but the units and sample rate can be questionned.

Objective of this issue is to discuss which metrics would be relevant to display to an end-user.

Solution

• Maybe display impacts per year of equivalent usage (e.g. this allow easy comparison to a 2 tons objective per example).
• Decide how we attribute the manufacture impacts.

It shows yearly operational emissions and yearly embedded emissions
