Revamp demo grafana dashboard to display individual resource metrics #403

Problem

379 introduces new metrics (per resource / instance) by using metrics labels but they are not displayed in the existing demo dashboard.

Solution

Add examples in the demo dashboard to filter on results by instance or resource type.
