Minimum viable product! Meh! Let set our sights low:

First, I will console.log('hi')
Next, I will try to set up a very simple test using Mocha and Chai which will be the core of what this is all about

I'm not really sure what to do about collaboration yet...eventually we will need several systems:

I stopped at Mocha-only. Will investigate why Chai. Also next steps probably imitating a hard-coded code challenge exercise.
