feat(client): Disable Pillbox Hospital by default #61

This has been requested a lot in the QBCore Framework discord as lots of people want a 'custom' interior but it conflicts with the IPL, so I thought I'd do a Pull Request on this

Thanks for contributing! But the main goal of this resource is to provide a hole free map out of the box. There will be a lot more people complaining about having a hole instead of the fake hospital entrance (and it is supposed to fix these holes, so...). I guess we cannot satisfy everybody 😕

I understand, thank you for the response, I will he contributing more to this as fivem-ipl won't cut it, even though it may have some more updated things, if I get the time to I will update some stuff to make this the most updated one because this is by far the best IPL loader I've seen
