Add trusted sources for Propofol and Remifentanil effect on Hemodynamic #2

The current model used for the effect of Propofol and Remifentanil on Hemodynamic are from Ionescu paper which do not cite any sources for this. The paper from Jeleazcov fro Propofol on MAP could be used for instance.

Done, I only found quantitative studies on infants for the Remifentanil Hemodynamic effect
