添加购买套餐赠送流量+时间的营销功能无效果 #159

已按照Commits修改config/.metron_setting.example.php src/Metron/Metron.php src/Services/Gateway/AbstractPayment.php这三份文件，并修改对应商品id赠送30天，购买后并没有增加时长
