[Feature Request] Foliaath seeds should play a block placed sound effect when placed on the ground. #747

Crops make different sounds when planted vs when broken. I think its fine that foliaath seeds are the same.

in my opinion, they don't fit each other that much. The place sound is barely audible, and the break sound is the vanilla super-loud grass place sound.
