No Russian translation for 2.1.2 version #64

Hi Bob,

I've updated UpgradeMODX up to the latest 2.1.2, I see russian language file here: https://github.com/BobRay/UpgradeMODX/commit/95478c5a45c9420efeffbb0738b300b5c4cd04e8 But my lexicons don't have it still even after update: https://monosnap.com/file/CfO2G46ElYoIZRxxDREIxcsYEdcKKi

Sorry, that commit came just after the 2.1.2-release. It will definitely be in the next release, but I'm not sure when that will be.
