added the English 'Improve error messages' to the German lexicon

Thanks, but I'm still working on it. Those additions may be reverted. ;)

OK, is it only useful for the master branch? I'm waiting and add it later.

Not exactly. I generally only update the master branch when I release a new version. Normally, I don't push to the dev branch unless I'm fairly sure the changes will be permanent. In this case, though, after I added those error messages, realized that they were missing for a reason. Two of them would be sent to the error log whenever you edit a resource without that TV connected, which isn't necessarily an error.
