[Editor + Frontend + Server + Oekaki]: Allow boards to select which type of content can be posted in contributions.
The general ideas is to have contributions that only allow art (without embeds, unsure of text), while keeping comments as they are. People should (eventually) be able to specify this for the boards they own.
