fixes #102

Description

What is the purpose of your change?

to implement google sign up functionality
user is stored in localstorage when signed up
error message appears when Google Sign up fails
firebase API is stored in an env file (not committed)

What areas of the application does this change impact? (changes API, folder structure, etc)

sign out
storing into database / checking in database
