Dragging feature #168

Users should be able to drag the internship cards into the columns based on status or be able to switch the status through the timeline card pop-up

Currently in progress - basically done but cannot be finished because it is blocked by #167

Essentially the feature is blocked at the moment due to not having the cards at this time, the cards are done but are still in review.
