account settings page #89

When a user clicks on settings, they should be redirected to a page where it lists their name, password, and email on the left. On the right, there should be buttons to allow them to change their name, password and email. On the bottom left corner there should be a red pill that says "close my account:

May have to create another ticket in order to create a LinkedIn log in for the account settings page.
