Describe the bug
Retrying a download always returns "Process ID already exists" message, regardless of setting changes. The only fix is to close and open the app again, which is incredibly tedious when trying to download anything.
To Reproduce
Start download on anything
Cancel it immediately
Download it again
Error reports
"Process ID already exists! Change the processing ID and retry."
