There is an option where we could add lyrics, but not synced ones. Went to the settings to setup the synced lyrics but it didn't worked. Checked each box from genius to atoz lyrics and tried them one by one but it still didn't worked. Tried checking it all but still no luck

Add a working synced lyrics provider

Additional context

I'm using oto music player where there is a feature where i can edit the lyrics to make it synced, but it would be nice to be a built in function on Spowlo

It is already. Go to settings > downloader > lyric providers > check "synced" only > then scroll down and turn on "'generate lrc file". then it should work
