New port from freeRTOS 7.3.0 with IDE Arduino 1.5.0 AVR #8

Hi!!

I make a new release from DuinOS, this release use freeRTOS 7.3.0 and IDE 
Arduino 1.5.0 (AVR Only)

I make teste with Arduino UNO using MoreComplexBlinking example.

For test new release please get code in: 
https://github.com/carlosdelfino/duinos/tree/DuinOS_v0.6.1(beta)

I use the name DuinOS_v0.6.1(beta) but this not is official name, I'll change 
the name as instructed by maintainers.

I change the name of Branch to DuinOS_v0.6.x, new URL: 
https://github.com/carlosdelfino/duinos/tree/DuinOS_v0.6.x
