Add mobile resizing #4

In the future, try to incorporate mobile resizing. Though it may seem tedious, it is an incredibly important concept since screen sizes vary tremendously today and it’s important that you website looks exactly as you design it to.

This hasn't even been covered yet in our course, at least not the section I'm at. This was a unit 4 project and that's unit 5 material.
