Need 2.1.7 Windows installer for Python 2.7 #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I just started working with Python couple weeks ago and I'm not familiar 
with the installing from source code. Would be really helpful to have a windows 
installer for pyodbc 2.1.7 compatible with Python 2.7.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
2.1.7 Windows installer for Python 2.7

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Python 2.7 on Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.
