Building pyodbc with mingw32 #35

With the attached changes I can successfully build pyodbc using Mingw32 on
windows and python 2.5.

Thanks for the patch!

Applied in b9edc25c4b93e1b23f48ca484cb54b5c3a3d5c71 (2.1.5-beta5).  Will be in 
2.1.5

Note that I don't have mingw32 configured for this, so I'm trusting you ;)

By the way, why would anyone need to build mingw32?  Wouldn't the prebuilt 
standard
DLL work in that environment?

I wanted to build the DLL myself as I had other changes in mind.
