[Feature Request] Auto-Pause Game If Game Loses Focus #79

I've had it happen several times now, where a notification from another app will pop up and take away the focus from the game and then I will get pummeled and take a lot of damage or die. It would be nice if the game could automatically pause when it loses focus.
