location of conda_imctools.yml #108

Hello Nils,

I am trying to follow this guide https://www.imc.unibe.ch/unibe/portal/fak_medizin/micro_imc/content/e987276/e1000503/e1010210/SOP_IMCcellsegmentation.pdf to segment and analyze an image. I cannot find the file conda_imctools.yml. Has the file been removed? Or maybe I am doing something very wrong somewhere.

Hi Fabrizio,

I haven't seen this document before and it also seems like it hasn't been updated for the past 2 years. Please have a look at the official documentation at https://bodenmillergroup.github.io/ImcSegmentationPipeline/ or use the steinbock framework for segmentation. There is also an IMC data analysis book that gives more information. Best,
