Github does not render ipynb #17

I noticed that Github does sometimes fail to render the ipython notebook. Sorry, something went wrong. Reload? Somethings hitting reload helps, sometimes not. Does anybody know a solution for this one?

A workaround is using the `Jupyter notebook viewer instead: https://nbviewer.jupyter.org/github/BodenmillerGroup/ImcSegmentationPipeline/blob/development/scripts/imc_preprocessing.ipynb
