Fix image rescaling bug #65

The main and only fix the development branch currently has, is fixing the image rescaling bug mentioned here: https://github.com/BodenmillerGroup/ImcSegmentationPipeline/issues/57

Given that this causes an issue for other users (https://github.com/BodenmillerGroup/ImcSegmentationPipeline/issues/64) I would prefer if we could merge this into the main branch.

Once merged I would add a v2.1 release.

Any objections?
