Hi @votti

@toobiwankenobi reported an issue with the ImcSegmentationPipeline here on macOS. After some trial-and-error I figured that this error pops up when trying to write the Experiment.csv specifically when writing the Pipeline_Pipeline entry. The issue arises from special quotation characters in the description of some of the modules. After removing all quotation marks, the pipeline runs again on macOS. Cheers,
