error in 1_prepare_ilastik #75

I am using the bodenmiller pipeline. In the pipeline 1_prepare_ilastik some of the random crops can not be saved because of an error in the attached image below. How can I fix this error?. Any help

Hey, this error has been resolved in #65. Please clone the repo again and continue working with the updated pipeline files.
