I am running into some problems when trying to use the segmentation pipeline. I get the following error message:

This is how I have specified the paths to my files, which may be the source of the error.

Make sure you only have one mcd file in the zipped folder (with associated txt files) and you don't need to set the path to the zip folder, just the file name. Making these changed worked for me....
