p values for neighborhood analysis #84

Hi,

I was wondering which exported matlab file contains the p-values for each of the interactions on the neighborhood analysis clustergram?

Hi @Bunmi0616 I believe this has something to do with histoCAT - could you please file an issue here: https://github.com/BodenmillerGroup/histoCAT/issues
