SummarizeStack module cannot be loaded properly #97

Hello, Can you help me with the error message below? this is 1st step after pre-processing. I open CP and import pipeline 1_prepare_ilastik.cppipe. the plugin directory has been set to the right folder. it seems the module 'SummarizeStack' cannot be loaded. others are just fine. Thanks a lot!

Hmm, have you restarted CellProfiler after setting the path to the plugins?

@nilseling Well, Thank you replying. I fixed this by putting folder to root directory. however I still don't know why this happened.
