Single-cell coordinate #3

Hi, I am not able to find the spatial coordinate for each cell within each core. Could you please suggest where to find this information? Thank you!

Hi, the single-cell location information is available in the folder singlecell_locations.zip on zenodo https://zenodo.org/record/4607374#.YbcFKWDMI2w.

Thank you Jana. I have another question: I couldn't interpret the expression data included in the SC_data file. Q1: the nomenclature seems difficult to interpret, for example, what does 10311243Ru101Di Rutheni means? Is there a dictionary to translate these?

Q2: these expression values are raw and have not been transformed or scaled, is that correct?
