summary of changes

split body in two tabs
create svg images from plotCells() or plotPixels() output and enable zoom-in
add feature to set contrast manually for plotPixels() output only
automatically switch tab to scatter plots when sample is changed (cheap fix to update cellIDs for selection plot, can be improved)
begin with help section in shiny
update documentation and description
