Just a quick PR for some usage documentation:

the example datasets required explicit loading of the cytomapper package
The mask argument was incorrectly named as mask in the usage example giving an argument error

Hi @matt-sd-watson, thanks a lot for having a look! In the actual function documentation/vignette this was already corrected but somehow I did not re-check the README. Will merge and update a bit more - Happy to get feedback on cytoviewer in general
