manual for histocat++? #3

Hey, I was wondering if there is a manual for histocat++, or if someone could explain to me how to load tiffs into histocat++ and more importantly how to export these tiff files as csv files.

Help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

I am using HistoCAT++ on a MacOS running Monterey (V.12.6) and I really appreciate it as a valid alternative to MCD Viewer! I am struggling with the same issue, however. Does a manual exist for Histocat++, to help navigate its functions? I am also struggling to load tiffs in order to export them as csv or fcs files, and analyse them.

I, too, am looking for a manual for histoCAT++. I have looked at the old manual for histoCAT (Windows version), but I noticed many differences between the two codes, so it is difficult to follow the manual for the Windows histoCAT.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
