Selected Region Summary #13

MCD Viewer Software from Fluidigim has this nice and helpful tool called "Selected Region Summary" where you can select a region on the ROI and for this selected region you will get all the channel stats (Min, Max, Mean, Integrated Intensity etc., see screenshot). I can imagine that it would be quite laborious to implement this but I think this option would be appreciated by many users.
