Description of feature

Suggestion for a convenience wrapper

dso repro .

to look up the stage in the dvc.yaml and forward 

dso repro <stagename>

which wraps to 

dvc repro <stagename>

My original intent was that the dso repro command has exactly the same interface as dvc repro... But I also got annoyed by this sometimes, so maybe I should reconsider.

Although I see how the 1:1 wrapping makes things more transparent, this convenience feature for an regularly-used command would be great.
