[Feature request] More options for plugins

Two nice ideas for the future would be:

• [x] Plugin hooks: run something if the console shuts down, restarts, updates. A list of such hooks would be registered similiarly to the list of commands.
• [x] Plugin resources: installing other files besides the .dll, like texts, images(?), databases, language packs etc.
• [x] You have already written a function for colored output here: https://github.com/BoettcherDasOriginal/LeoConsole/blob/cd9358e36d9c68f54d884fd93a742e89086d997e/src/ILeoConsole/Core/LConsole.cs#L14 It would be very nice for plugins to have access to it.
• [ ] Library plugins: these provide functions which can be used by another plugins

If I looked correctly, the colored output function is now available for plugins. How can it be used? Are other new plugin features available in 1.5.0? If so, it would be nice to document them in the wiki (need to update my plugin template).
