Installation problem:

ERROR: dependency ‘tiger’ is not available for package ‘CHIPIN’ ─ removing ‘/private/var/folders/03/53rtpjv14yl16q6gc7g3k4vh0000gn/T/RtmpAQ8wPV/Rinst215b6382035d/CHIPIN’

ERROR: package installation failed Error: Failed to install 'CHIPIN' from GitHub: ! System command 'R' failed In addition: Warning message: package ‘tiger’ is not available for this version of R

Tiger was removed from CRAN repository. https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/tiger/index.html

Dear Alexandre, thank you for letting us know. We will solve this issue in the future. For now, could you please download the latest version of the tiger library from https://cran.r-project.org/src/contrib/Archive/tiger/ ? Best wishes Valentina

@valeu Hi Valentina, I have failed in installation of many packages required... including: xgboost, glmnet, rgl, ConsRank, adabag, rminer, msg, pbkrtest, car, rstatix, ggpubr

But when I try to install CHIPIN from github, the error only reports missing "rgl". Does it mean I only need to solve this one? I also have no idea why these packages cannot be installed...

Dear @Yuling-Zhao, I am Lélia Polit the first author of this package. Concerning the issue with rgl if you are working on Mac OS X did you have XQuartz installed ?
