"freec -conf <config file> -sample <mySample.bam> -control <myControl.bam> " is not used #105

Hello: I have tried to use "freec -conf -sample -control " to input Tbam and Nbam, but ,it find Tbam but not find Nbam ,what's the problem? Look forward to your reply ,thanks.

Indeed, this is quite strange.. Can you share what you have in the config file?

but ,I also have a new question, In _ratio.txt show ERBB2 gene's CopyNumber is 4，but in _CNVs.txt file not show this gene gain , I wonder why ? please help me ,thanks ~
