I have a page which is bigger than my display both vertically and horizontally.
I have default scrolling for vertcal and nicescroll for horizontal scrolling.
But I want a scrollbar on both sides(on top and bottom) so that when my page
loads horizontal nicescroll scrollbar is displayed on top also.
Please suggest any code changes as I tried but can display only one(top or
bottom).

Can we modify or setup nicescroll to have this behavior.
