Thank you for this boilerplate!

One little thing that i noticed as a rookie: In the config.js file you wrote:

"marionette":{ "deps":["underscore", "backbone", "jquery"], "exports":"Marionette" }

when you could've written: "marionette":{ "deps":["backbone"], "exports":"Marionette" }

If Backbone has dependencies and Marionette depends on Backbone...
