Move back to app/templates from app/template #6

From https://github.com/SlexAxton/require-handlebars-plugin/blob/master/hbs.js, it looks like you can configure the i18n directory as well as the helperDirectory. This means I should be able to use app/templates instead of template if I want. See about suggesting that they document this better.
