Create a Computation function for the u_diff function located in GeoAc.EquationSets.Global.cpp.

[x] Return type should be a Computation*
[x] No returns or early exits. Refactor code accordingly
[x] Use camel case
[x] Remove duplicate comments
[x] Add new variable for tuple position - newTuplePosition of type unsigned int
