Test on site_ana_sum_ran.jpg TRANSECT NO field doesn't get any data - but it should. #33

Look into this issue- why does't the pipeline find any data in TRANSECT NO.?

The field contains '1-1'. It's hard for the pipeline to detect i's and 1's because they are usually just a straight vertical line and they don't cover much area. In find_char() we filter out all the characters that have an area smaller than 100. I am guessing this area is too big to detect i's and 1's so I lower it to 60.

To make sure that his change wouldn't create other problems in the pipeline, I compared the results we used to get when the area was set 100 to the result we get now (area set to 60) on files: site_ana_sum_25.jpg, site_ana_sum_21.jpg, site_ana_sum_20.jpg. The results either didn't change or they minimally improved.
