Write SCRUM & ZenHub Guide #150

Objectives have changed slightly, namely in that I'm making the guide it as a google doc now:

I am to create a SCRUM with GitHub and ZenHub Guide in a Google Doc. It'll on-board anyone new to the project, at any experience level. My goal is to make it as brief as possible, with the bare minimum explanation required for people to understand what's going on, but also with links to places where people can learn more.

Old post: I will base the guide on my recommendations, which are based on the CS471 GitHub Conventions (already cited on the wiki).

A lot of SCRUM & ZenHub material is already written on the wiki from when Ahmad wrote notes there for our Senior Design project. I'm adding some material to help fill in the blank areas, so that its usefulness can expand beyond the Senior Project, and towards what I specified in the Story issue.
