Create Style Guide

As a developer, I need a style guide, so that naming conventions and other aspects of the source code remain consistent and readable for current and future developers.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Given the need for a stylistic choice in development, when I search for the relevant information in the style guide, then I find a discrete solution to the stylistic choice.

Other Notes: It may be possible to use an existing style guide for the code as well, but a link to this style guide, or at least a name, should be provided in our documentation somewhere.
