Branch161 Donor Table #188

I edited the donor database table so that it matches the new database schema. I also added an updated version of mock data for the database using Mockaroo. I have not tested the mock data via DataGrip or Postgres Docker.

This works for me. I added a few things to the table definition, model and controller and tested with datagrip. I say merge it.
